Tony explained everything that was wrong with my car to me and he included a detailed estimate. He made me feel like he really cared about me making it safely to Miami and not breaking down on the road. I am always very anxious about bringing my car in for service with the high cost of parts and labor, but Tony made this experience one of the best experiences that I have had with MB dealerships.
