He was very patient. We bought a certified in impeccable condition and he even got us brand new tires and took care of some other details... We Are picky about our cars! Excellent Experience Claude was an absolute pleasure to work with. The process could not have been any easier. From the first contact online all the way until we drove a Claude was an absolute pleasure to work with. The process could not have been any easier. From the first contact online all the way until we drove away with the vehicle everybody we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. There was also a technician that we spoke with about the specifics on the jeep we purchased. I cannot remember his name(I'm sure Claude knows who he is) but he also was very helpful and told us to call him if we had any questions as well... above and beyond service from everyone. More

We abruptly left another car dealership (different brand of cars) due to their unapproachable and rude service. We drove across the street to Capital Eurocars. We didn't initially consider purchasing a Mercedes because we thought it was out of our price range. BUT with the prices demanded for lower quality vehicles across the street, we took a chance. My husband commented that if they wanted to charge Mercedes prices we might as well get a Mercedes. I am so glad we did! If it weren't for Keith, we might not have purchased a car that day!! By far the smoothest car purchasing experience to date! More

Emergency RV Repair! Wow ... stuck on I-75 with an engine light in my RV. First, the Mercedes nationwide customer service was super, then the dealership in Tallahassee to Wow ... stuck on I-75 with an engine light in my RV. First, the Mercedes nationwide customer service was super, then the dealership in Tallahassee took my call about 15 minutes before closing and scheduled me with an emergency appointment at 7:30am the next day. Parke Stafford and the whole team there were super. I was travelling with my disabled mother and both the staff and the customers helped. It was a top notch experience and now I am safely at my destination at a small lake outside of Chicago. The RV ran well the whole way thereafter. Thank you Parke. Go to this dealership - you will be highly satisfied. Smiles. More
