It quickly becomes a very pleasant social occasion. Claude is intelligent, professional and (ask my wife) extremely gracious. His knowledge of the dealership's products is broad and deep, for us especially in regard to Mercedes Benz. My wife and I began our 50+ years of marriage with a fine used MB and it looks as though we will be ending our days owning the one we purchased from Claude. He is as much a devotee of Mercedes Benz as I have always been, but his knowledge is far greater than mine. We knew what we were looking for and Claude was able to explain much of what was new to us very simply and patiently; I will have an encore meeting with him next week to ask any questions I might still have. His courtesy extended to driving us home in our new car and returning to Capital with our trade-in. He facilitated all paperwork for us with no problems. You will be doing yourself a great favor if you deal with Claude in any transactions with Capital Eurocars.
