Awesome Experience! We bought a 2016 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 from the family of a friend. The only thing we new about the car, before we bought it, was that it had low mil We bought a 2016 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 from the family of a friend. The only thing we new about the car, before we bought it, was that it had low mileage and was still under the dealership warranty, and that the warranty could be transferred to the new owner. This is where Parke Stafford, Service Consultant at Capitaleurocars comes in. Parke explained what we needed to do to have the warranty transferred over, which we did immediately. Once we got the car the engine light came on, so we made an appointment and took the car to Capitaleurocars to be checked out. Parke kept us informed on what was going on with the car and when it would be ready for pickup. Once we picked the car up, Parke set in the car with me for an hour going over the different functions of the car, and answering my questions. He encouraged me to give him a call with any questions I might have later. We are “senior citizens” so I really appreciated the time and attention that Parke Stafford gave to us, and how comfortable he made me feel when helping me to understand the different technology available in the. vehicle and how to use it. Capitaleurocars is an awesome dealership, and Parke Stafford is an awesome Service Consultant! More

Orlando's mercedes would not help me on my trip but Capital Eurocars had Anthony Taylor, service advisor, contacted at once when I called. Anthony Taylor found the problem. Mr. Taylor assured me he was not going to allow me to drive back to Miami and have engine trouble. He worked very hard to find and correct the engine stalling.
