We found one online at Capital City Nissan and set up an appointment with Alfredo My wife and I have been looking for a used Ram 1500 to pull our RV. We found one online at Capital City Nissan and set up an appointment with Alfredo Barrioa that same day. Alfredo allowed us to take the truck out for a test drive and was friendly and helpful through the negotiation process. Except for some minor document confusion with finance our experience was great. Even though there was no financing through the dealership and it was a simple trade and purchase it took this ridiculous dealership a total of 8 hours to get the deal done. Then they sent us a check because they said that we overpaid and it's a good thing we called and figured out they probably screwed something up, because they weren't supposed to send us the check. Even though the paperwork department said the sales department was cutting us a check for our experience we found out they weren't. The car buying experience was miserable and we will never return!! We went to Laird Noller Ford for my wife's and it took a total of 30 minutes. More
