I very rarely leave reviews, but wow the customer service from the Internet Sales Manager - Mung and Finance Manager - Roy were amazing. Both Mung and Roy stayed after hours (even after the doors were locked) to ensure I had a smooth purchasing experience. Mung treated me like family, ensured everything we talked about over the phone/text/email were absolutely true. I hate going to dealerships and talking to sales people as much as everyone else, but Mung assured me that he isn't like that and everything we talked about would be exactly how it would be when I got there. No fudging the numbers, no additional markups, and no hidden fees. He offered me add-ons and let me choose if I needed them or not. Mung means business and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to get a smooth experience. Roy was one of the very few finance managers that took the time to explain each warranty and the value it added without being pushy. He took no for answer extremely well, told us exactly what we would be opting in/out of. Even went out of his way to make sure we understood the warranties and add-ons we already had available to me free-of-charge. I have previously been to this dealership the year prior and had a bad experience with other staff, but wow Mung and Roy made up for this and I will definitely be back asking for them again. I am an extremely happy customer and proud owner of a new 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid, many thanks to Mung and Roy!!! More
