Service experience is terrible since new ownership. Prices increased by 20% for the same service and without reason. What has always been an 80 dollar oil change is now 113. And I paid 30 dollars for a tire rotation that didn’t even happen, thanks to the tpms for revealing that to me. So 150 dollars later for an oil change and no tire rotation even though I was charged and I’d say the “value” isn’t really there anymore. It’s a shame because the dealership used to be fantastic. You should take your business elsewhere like I plan to. More
Jacob Thomas is someone I can always count on for solid advice on any car purchase, and is a reliable and loyal person to anyone he meets. He is a standup guy who’s always straightforward with anyone he kn advice on any car purchase, and is a reliable and loyal person to anyone he meets. He is a standup guy who’s always straightforward with anyone he knows, as well as anyone he does business with. He’s a people person and actually enjoys putting effort into anything he does. I highly recommend taking a chance on making your next purchase with him. He won’t try to force you into a deal like a lot of salesman will, he’d rather make sure you’re getting not only what you want, but what you need the most. More
Incredibly disappointed in the level of customer service from the Service Department, namely Amir (service tech or similar) and the Service Department Manager. Within the past month, we purchased a $95,000 from the Service Department, namely Amir (service tech or similar) and the Service Department Manager. Within the past month, we purchased a $95,000 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer from another dealership. Upon receival, there were a barrage of factory issues for the 4WD, heating/cooling, and etc. We chose to take the Jeep into a closer dealership (Capitol City Chrysler) with hope that it would be resolved. When we first took it in, they kept the Jeep for several days and sent us home in a rental van. Not a big deal, at least things were getting fixed. Upon pickup (we are located an hour away), I noticed that several things, mostly involving the heating and cooling issues, were completely unresolved. The only thing that appeared to be fixed was the 4WD system issue. Since I'd driven one hour to get it, I decided to take the Jeep home that night and reschedule for a follow-up appointment. Regarding the follow-up appointment, I was told by Amir/the Service Department that I could bring my 4-year-old in and wait for the repairs while it was worked on. Fast-forward to today, our follow-up appointment, where we dropped the Jeep off at 8:30 a.m. My husband and I had an errand pending in a city two hours away and wanted to give the Service Department time to do what needed to be done. We showed back up at 2:30 p.m. only to be told that it had not been worked on. Keep in mind we live one hour away and had given them six hours. My husband tried to speak with Amir and the Service Manager, both of whom put blame back on us (for adding a Bluetooth issue or in their words, "three other things"), and claimed they were short-staffed. We own several businesses and are also short-staffed. We have NEVER provided a customer with this level of customer service in 14 years of being business owners. My grandfather and uncle retired from Chrysler. I have called Chrysler Cooperate in homes that Amir and the Service Department Manager will change their poor customer service and treatment of Chrysler customers who paid nearly 100k for a brand new vehicle in the future, and the Better Business Bureau will be hearing from us also. After being spoken over by Amir and the Service Department Manager numerous times, my husband responded by saying, "You've said sorry wrong, I want my keys." After being given his keys and walking away, they asked if he wanted his service ticket. He had no service work done as they never provided additional service work from our visit today. I can't help but wonder if they'll be submitting service work remittance requests to Chrysler Cooperate following this. Steve, the General Manager of Capitol City Chrysler, did not return my husband’s call and my husband had to call back. He did take my husband’s call the second time and was apologetic, but never said anything about the issue with the rude Service Department or lack of service. We will not be back. More

The service is excellent, the service writers are knowledgeable, and most helpful. This dealership is what an example of what a FCA dealership should be. I have had three times to use the body shop and the work has been very good and affordable. I have recommended more that 6 people that have purchased vehicles from them. I am very pleased with Capitol Chrysler. More
Worst business experience in my lifetime. Had a Dodge mini van less than six months old. It had a major rattle in the front suspension. Took it in to be fixed. Service manager said "We h Had a Dodge mini van less than six months old. It had a major rattle in the front suspension. Took it in to be fixed. Service manager said "We had done something to it", which was completely untrue. Couldn't and Wouldn't explain how or why, but would not submit repair for warranty. Talked with the staff that dealt directly with warranty and the service mgr. convinced him not to warranty. Called Chrysler in Detroit and, after they spoke with the service manager, they backed him as well. When I mentioned my 10 year old Honda had not been in the shop nearly as much as this six month old Dodge, I was told, "Well, there are other cars out there!" Exactly right. I'll never buy another Chrysler product or car at Capitol Chrysler or anywhere that service manager is working. More
Terrible service department. Don't honor warranties. Never do business with this dealership. Our company bought 3 brand-new Dodge trucks along with the extended warranties. We've had one of the trucks in their service department 3 times in the last 30 days for the same problem. They still can't get it fixed and charged us a diagnosis fee each time. It's in their service department today, again, for the same problem. Now they want more money for a repair they say isn't covered under the "bumper to bumper, 120,000 mile warranty". We will never do business with this dealership and encourage everyone else to STAY AWAY!! More

A good sale but The most HORRIBLE experience after!!! My family purchased a new 2015 200 in Late November, by April the car started to stall out on us many times. We took it to the dealership to address My family purchased a new 2015 200 in Late November, by April the car started to stall out on us many times. We took it to the dealership to address the issue. The service department told us nothing was wrong but the oil was very low ( we maintenance our vehicle properly). They charged us for the synthetic oil and sent us on our way. The stalling issue continued to happen, we took it back to dealership and they still said nothing was wrong. We had to constantly add oil between oil changes. Finally, in June I took it back to the dealership and they called me the next day and informed me that the motor had to be replaced in my brand new car!!! It took 3 times to resolve that issue at my cost!! My husband and I tried for weeks to get ahold of the sales manager to express our concern about having a new car with a replaced motor and how that would affect our resale of the vehicle one day. He was so RUDE and said that anyone would want to buy a new car with a replaced motor, he also reassured us that he would do anything to make it right. The next time my husband spoke with him he informed us he didn't have the time to deal with these problems. We asked for a quote of what they would give us for our car for a trade, $14,000 when we paid almost $30,000!!! WOW, that is a big decrease in value in such a short period of time. We opened up a claim with Chrysler corporation and they have been working with us at this point. Within the first week of getting my car back, multiple problems started to occur again. We took it yet again to the dealership, conveniently they found nothing wrong. The problems are very obvious when driving my car, one of the big problems is in how hard it shifts gears and the complete dash lights going out while driving.. Those are just 2 of the 5 problems we are now experiencing. In the meantime we have never heard back from the manager, since he offered to help in any way he could! Chrysler corporation set up an appointment at another Chrysler dealership. The day after we took my car in they drove my car several miles and 4 of the 5 problems occurred during the drive. We are now waiting on more parts to get my NEW car fixed again. Thank goodness the other dealership was willing to help and listen!! I have made multiple car payments while driving a rental car, we purchased a new vehicle to have a reliable new car for my family, the Jefferson city dealership has never even attempted to make it right or even have called us back, They charged me for oil that was leaking into my motor after several attempts to find out what was going on, they offered me less then half what we paid for my car 6 months prior (only wanted to trade b/c of all the issues)..... I truly feel like they were so nice during the sale of my car but as soon as we figured out we have a "Lemon" they were not at all willing to help us in any way!! We are still currently getting the car repaired at another dealership and I hope that the corporation continues to works with us. I have NEVER experienced such HORRIBLE service, it's sad that their business is NOT willing to help out a customer when we have had so many problems! I will NEVER do business or refer business to them again! More
Very helpful but problems still persist. Bought my car from them 3 months ago. Buying experience was very nice. Car has since been back a few times for a nagging rattle and a few other things. Chuck in service is very helpful and accommodating. Only thing that would make this a 5 star review is if we can once and for all solve the issues. Just one of those gremlins that are hard to find I guess. I have no doubt that Chuck and his guys want to finally fix the issues and I am sure they will, just hope it is soon. The 4 stars for the quality of work is only because we haven't fully fixed everything yet. 5 stars is perfection and we're not quite there yet. More
