However, the staff at Capitol Chrysler was very knowledgeable about their vehicles and really went out of their way to treat us well and show us all the vehicles and features. They listened to us and helped guide our search to an SUV that fit us best. We didn’t plan on buying a car on the first day of searching, but the Capitol team had great inventory, clean vehicles and most importantly, great staff that really showed us the benefits of the vehicles. I highly recommend Dedrick Shelby and Orion Ferreira helping my wife and I find a beautiful car. We were so impressed, we just had to buy it that day. Thanks for helping us with a sale and making our expected nine month search for an SUV turn into a single day event. More
Incredibly disappointed in the level of customer service from the Service Department, namely Amir (service tech or similar) and the Service Department Manager. Within the past month, we purchased a $95,000 from the Service Department, namely Amir (service tech or similar) and the Service Department Manager. Within the past month, we purchased a $95,000 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer from another dealership. Upon receival, there were a barrage of factory issues for the 4WD, heating/cooling, and etc. We chose to take the Jeep into a closer dealership (Capitol City Chrysler) with hope that it would be resolved. When we first took it in, they kept the Jeep for several days and sent us home in a rental van. Not a big deal, at least things were getting fixed. Upon pickup (we are located an hour away), I noticed that several things, mostly involving the heating and cooling issues, were completely unresolved. The only thing that appeared to be fixed was the 4WD system issue. Since I'd driven one hour to get it, I decided to take the Jeep home that night and reschedule for a follow-up appointment. Regarding the follow-up appointment, I was told by Amir/the Service Department that I could bring my 4-year-old in and wait for the repairs while it was worked on. Fast-forward to today, our follow-up appointment, where we dropped the Jeep off at 8:30 a.m. My husband and I had an errand pending in a city two hours away and wanted to give the Service Department time to do what needed to be done. We showed back up at 2:30 p.m. only to be told that it had not been worked on. Keep in mind we live one hour away and had given them six hours. My husband tried to speak with Amir and the Service Manager, both of whom put blame back on us (for adding a Bluetooth issue or in their words, "three other things"), and claimed they were short-staffed. We own several businesses and are also short-staffed. We have NEVER provided a customer with this level of customer service in 14 years of being business owners. My grandfather and uncle retired from Chrysler. I have called Chrysler Cooperate in homes that Amir and the Service Department Manager will change their poor customer service and treatment of Chrysler customers who paid nearly 100k for a brand new vehicle in the future, and the Better Business Bureau will be hearing from us also. After being spoken over by Amir and the Service Department Manager numerous times, my husband responded by saying, "You've said sorry wrong, I want my keys." After being given his keys and walking away, they asked if he wanted his service ticket. He had no service work done as they never provided additional service work from our visit today. I can't help but wonder if they'll be submitting service work remittance requests to Chrysler Cooperate following this. Steve, the General Manager of Capitol City Chrysler, did not return my husband’s call and my husband had to call back. He did take my husband’s call the second time and was apologetic, but never said anything about the issue with the rude Service Department or lack of service. We will not be back. More

Worked with Clayton today! Was needing something bigger due to kiddo number 3 coming anytime and he did just that! We are now in an Acadia Denali and loving it and will properly and safely be able to make due to kiddo number 3 coming anytime and he did just that! I live about 200 miles away from this dealer. We made the deal over the phone and via email. This sale was contingent on me selling my truck here. I sold my truck and decided I would like to buy the one they had. The truck that I am wanting to purchase from this dealership is a 2019 Ram with a 5th wheel hitch in it. I asked several questions about the hitch and told them I needed the hitch included in the deal. The salesman said yes it is included. I put down a deposit to hold the truck (non-refudable). The day before i went down the hitch was removed from the vehicle. I get a text from the sales person not to worry the bossman is going to make it right. I drive the 3.5 hours down to the dealership and guess what the salesman reports that the bossman says there is nothing he can do. Now that I have sold my truck along with the hitch I have no way to pull my camper for our upcoming trip in 4 days. This bossman never did come out to talk or meet me. Worst experience buying a vehicle of any kind in my 50 years. Avoid at all costs!! This place is a hoax!! More
