Horrible service, incorrect representation. Vehicle service always incomplete. Was told a part replacement would be completed 4 times only on the 5 time was it corrected. Bought the car in the evening service always incomplete. Was told a part replacement would be completed 4 times only on the 5 time was it corrected. Bought the car in the evening unfortunetly to my own mistake however was told NOTHING was wrong but to go home and see the whole underneath of the front bumber was completely scratched and horrible. Then my vehicle now just SHUTS DOWN while driving with children in the car and not in the car going down the highway or side roads and they "just don't know what is wrong".. I have been hung up on, I have been spoke to rudly majority of the time.. All I want is a full refund or a new car so I can trade it in with a respectable dealership!!! I will never go back after I am able to get away from them. More

We've bought 2 Dodges in the past year from Capitol. Price of the new vehicle and for the trade-in did not require any haggling. We were treated with respect and not undermined during the sale and trade-in process. The most recent vehicle we bought was a custom order which took much longer to be built than anyone thought. Glenn worked with us to give us a nice loaner vehicle to drive until our order arrived since we had sold our second vehicle a little too quickly it turned out. Capitol went out of their way to keep in touch with Dodge as to the status of our build and the reason for delay. They called us straight away once it shipped; and Glenn was able to push our SUV through the whole on lot process the second it arrived on their lot so we could pick it up the same day it arrived off of the shipping truck. Before you purchase your vehicle, they are the most friendly, professional people you'll meet, but as soon as i sign the papers i was just another customer. I waited a long time and had to ask on sever friendly, professional people you'll meet, but as soon as i sign the papers i was just another customer. I waited a long time and had to ask on several occasions to get my salesman. The car had faults with it which is supposed to be covered under the 30days dealership warranty, and they refuse to fix them, but instead wanted me to use the extended warranty I purchased. The sales manager Don Osborn was VERY rude, and impolite, and basically told "i don't do take backs and I can't have you running back to me to fix every little thing". I have not had the car for a month and have not been driving it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS..THEY DON'T STAND TO THEIR WORD!! More

When first meeting everyone they are as nice as can be but as soon as you sign the papers they could give a dang bout it.
