He greeted me - Welcome and thank me for choosing Capital CJD, How may I help you. Very friendly and professional. During this pandemic - he was very compliance with Covid-19 laws-rules. He made it so easy and I was very comfortable. Mr. Kinney was extremely helpful, he kept me updated thru out my wait time. Mr Kinney made my experience a 10 Stars experience. Easy to get an appointment and only waited 1 day to get serviced. Service writer was pleasant, knowledgeable, and listened carefully to each issue, accurately described them in paperwork, and car was ready serviced. However, it will be some time before I return to this facility for any service - this despite it being our third Durango serviced here. As a Paramedic and ER nurse that regularly sees people sickened, dying, or dead from Covid-19 wearing a mask is a simple, effective way tto help prevent spread of the virus, yet when I returned to pick up my car in the afternoon, not a single employee in the sales room or service bays was wearing a mask.. Nothing - and certainly not having your car fixed is worth catching a deadly virus. Thousands of EMTs, Firefighters,Paramedics, nurses, doctors, and law enforcement throughout the triangle who see the results of this virus every day would agree. Let me know when you you get your program back up to the standards we’ve enjoyed there for last 11 years since our first Durango, and I’ll come back and see if we can’t figure out whats causing the belt squeal when starting. More
