I recently came to this establishment uncertain of what direction I was headed, I just knew I needed a car and had a lot of questions to ask. I had the lovely pleasure of working with Mr. Jason Fennah. He was very educated, helpful, patient (I was confused and clueless,)and extremely polite. I feel like I could have known him for years! He took his time to make sure I was comfortable. We agreed to move forward with a used Pontiac G6. The car is fabulous, low mileage and perfect condition. He pointed out many of the cars features that I probably wouldn't have noticed for years to come. I will definitely recommend this dealership and strongly suggest you ask for Jason Fennah, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. (And ladies, he's a looker!) More

This dealership is known for being sneaky with service charges. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this until I had my own personal experience with them. I was not informed of actual labor costs when agr charges. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this until I had my own personal experience with them. I was not informed of actual labor costs when agreeing to service. I was charged $20.00 labor to insert 2 screws into the panel in my drivers seat. I was also charged $100.00 to insert a battery. These charges above and beyond excessive. Sadly, after complaining, management had no desire to work with us. Seems that at Capitol Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge the customer is anything but right. More

My first experience with this dealership was shortly after it opened. I was possibly looking for a new truck. I asked them to give me a guesstimate on payments without running my credit and I gave the after it opened. I was possibly looking for a new truck. I asked them to give me a guesstimate on payments without running my credit and I gave them my credit rating. They said they would. I told them if the payments sounded reasonable then I would let them do the credit check and paperwork. After 2 hours they finally called us into the finance office. They had all the paperwork already done and had ran my credit before even discussing the payments. Needless to say we walked out. In January of '08, against my better judgement, my wife talked me into going back there and looking at Jeeps for her. The salesman was pretty nice. We had some scratches on the jeep which they said they would fix. After picking the jeep up the scratches looked as if they had been fixed. After washing it, it was apparent that only some of the scratches had been fixed. We also had air coming in around the door handles on both passenger side doors. We were told that some insulation was missing. When we took the jeep back to get this fixed we brought to their attention lines that were in the rear plastic windows. When my wife picked the jeep up, she was told that the pieces they put in the door were something they had to rig up and there was no insulation pieces that actually went into the door. What a lack of knowledge on the service manager's part! He also said that the lines in the windows were caused by my wife taking the top off. When she informed him that the top had never been taken off, he back pedaled and said that the lines were a trait of the plastic window. After meeting with Barry, the general manager, he backed up his service manager and said he had other jeeps on the lot like that. We called BestTop, the manufacturer of the top, and they did not believe this was the case. In addition, BestTop was extremely upset that the dealership wasn't handling the situation. The general manager is now going to have a rep from Chrysler look at the window to see if this is a 'characteristic' of the window, and if it is they ARE NOT going to cover it under the 3/36 warranty. I know people that have jeeps and we have had 2 jeeps prior to this one. We have never had a problem with the windows. After some internet forums, we have heard from other jeep owners with the same year/model jeep and they all say that the lines in windows ARE NOT a common occurence and the dealership is full of themselves. My wife took the jeep to another dealership and the service manager there has said he has never seen this happen with jeep windows. Part of the problem, i believe, is that the general manager is upset because he said he lost $1000 on the insulation on the doors. Sorry, that is his employee's fault for giving us an analysis and solution to a problem that he wasn't knowledgeable about. I can promise this; when the warranty runs out on this jeep it will never be taken back to this dealership for anything. In addition, if this is the last dealership on earth selling cars I'll go buy a bicycle. More
