These guys are very aggressive at gathering personal information. They don't want to talk price until they have your social security number. (not good) They also pay no attention to what Kelly Blue Book information. They don't want to talk price until they have your social security number. So if you're looking for the best price this is the absolute LAST place I would go to look. I know everyone needs to make money but these guys must need $5000.00 or more per deal. I will never shop with them again. As a matter of fact I wouldn't even take a car from them if it were FREE! I'd be afraid I would lose my everlasting soul. Stay away if you don’t want to pay WAAAAAY too much. ************************************Update**************************************** I was contacted by Mr. Driver. He made a more reasonable offer to trade and i wish i would have asked for him during my visit. I still don't know if I feel comfortable about going back but i will consider carefully. More

The lease on my 2007 Chrysler 300 was to expire within 3 weeks so I had to either keep it or turn it back in to CAPITAL CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE, GARNER, NC. and choose another car at the same time. I would also weeks so I had to either keep it or turn it back in to CAPITAL CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE, GARNER, NC. and choose another car at the same time. I would also be removing my premium wheels from the Chrysler to mount them on to the new vehicle. My salesman, Ken Lorbacher behaved as a brand new employee with a life coach, his manager Rick Colville, who really talked the entire deal. The Manager Rick Colville promised free oil changes for the next 2 years and stated my new vehicle (Dodge Challenger) came with satellite radio, free for the 1st year. THEY LIED. No Satellite radio came on the vehicle, on free oil changes. His mouth promised one thing while he wrote ONLY the frequency of oil changes on the "WE OWE". After the deal was signed, a few days later, I would find this out because I had to come back for the premium tires to be changed, a small scratch to be removed from the new vehicle. Ken went out side, to the Challenger, looking for a phone number to activate Satellite radio that did not exist. Once I questioned the Manager Rick Colville, Rick turned into a "yelling ape" yelling to the top of his lungs in front of every one in the large show room. I had my eleven year old nephew with me. That child did not need to see that! All phone calls to the salesman, Ken Lorbocher was met with "I'm at the doctor's office, or the dentist office or In another state or town. Keep in mind, I had to turn in the only vehicle that I had and go through that process while purchasing a vehicle and was duped because you have to trust that these individuals will fill out the proper paper work which they screwed up from the get go which created for me, enough distraction for them to succeed with said lies. On March 26, 2010 just hours after completing the deal CAPITAL CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE, GARNER, NC, at 4:30pm I was told that I did not have insurance on this new vehicle because Ken Lorbocher forgot to call my insurance company even though he had been given all contact information. I had to scramble like crazy to reach someone with only minutes to spare to ensure that I had my insurance changed to this new vehicle. Ken Lorbacher, was laughing. July 10, 2010, I received a letter from my past leasing company: Chrysler Financial, who advised me that the 2007 Chrysler 300 had not been turned in and that it was in DEFAULT,for non-payment of any past due amounts, plus post lease usage, and applicable fees and to contact them to tender payment. I had to call the salesman Ken Lorbacher who told me that they would back date the information and close out the vehicle. He also lied and said that it was not a lease but a trade-in. More
