We have had our Durango serviced many times here. When we started looking around (a year ago) we decided on the new Durango. We went in and met David Wynne, who was very helpful in the process. He took his time with us and understood we were not making a quick design. When the new Durango came out (six months later) we decided it was not what we wanted. We decided on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and started the process. I buy many fleet vehicles and this was no different. We set the price and purchased the vehicle. You need to see David when you are looking for a vehicle. He worked with us, called and gave us updates on delivery and followed up several times after the purchase. I will be purchasing a new truck in the next year and will definitely be buying from David. P.S. This is a dealership. They have to make money. I am a business owner and understand the reality of overhead. I always ask, how much would you charge? The average person has no idea what it takes to run a business and have qualified trained staff. If you don’t want to pay, find a friend and let them fix it until you are tired of fixing it and then take it to the professionals and have it done right. I ‘M JUST SAYING………………… More
I went in not expecting to buy another vehicle but left with a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. The staff worked diligently to not only put me in a vehicle but they did so under my terms. These guys were fantastic. I ordered a Jeep Grand Cherokee with just a verbal agreement on price. Jeep took over 3 months to build the car, but once it got to the dealership, they prepped it quickly Cherokee with just a verbal agreement on price. Jeep took over 3 months to build the car, but once it got to the dealership, they prepped it quickly for me to pickup that night. I was very concerned I'd get bait-and-switched after waiting 3 months. I must look like an easy target, because in every other car dealing of my life, the bottom line price always has included something previously unmentioned. I was pleasantly surprised to experience nothing of the sort. Even when the new Chrysler pricing sheet differed by a minor amount, the dealership was quick to honor the original price we agreed upon. They politely offered the warranties and various accessories, but were not in the least bit pushy when I declined. I was very happy and will buy from here again (if I buy a Chrysler) More

Before i write to much i would like to say i had a very Before i write to much i would like to say i had a very good experience with capital Chrysler Dodge in Garner NC, I have always been a s Before i write to much i would like to say i had a very good experience with capital Chrysler Dodge in Garner NC, I have always been a sports car person, and the new challenger sparked my interest, I'm 48 and still remember the days of "The vanishing point" any body who watched that movie new about Kowalski and how the movie made the challenger famous,.... compared to the mustang and the Camaro the challenger has them beat in looks by a mile, this car gets compliments where ever i go,..My first Challenger (V-6) had an issue with the thermostat and i went back to Capital and they were willing to take the car back and do what ever it takes to make me happy ,.. i bought the same car,.. same color only this time in a Hemi V-8 this car is awesome, with plenty of power,.. If you really want have a desire for power buy the car in a standard, my wife would not touch the car in a standard, but enjoys the car in a automatic,..regardless of what people say the gas mileage for all three of these sports cars are similar,. I happen to buy during a time Dodge was offering a rebate,.. So the price was right and the car is awesome..Vincent More

He ascertained that we had done some homework ourselves, so he didn't need to "sell" the vehicle's virtues, etc. He let us check t from the outset. We were never pushed to compromise on color, features, etc. in order to get into a car on the lot. When we found a vehicle on the lot that had everything we wanted, plus a little more, we were still able to work out a fabulous deal. While this particular dealership isn't on our way to anything, we will not hesitate to return there for our service needs, etc. More
