Our experience Wade our salesman was great. We felt no pressure and he was very detailed. He kept working with us until we agreed on a price. He came back to work Wade our salesman was great. We also worked with Rodney, who was very friendly and helped us with our financing. Carly in finance was great. My only complaint was we had a apptm at 5 pm and we were waiting almost 2 hours to go over financing with Carly. Although there was another finance person on the floor Carly was the only one working 4 deals. More

Wasted my time! Recall repair & other repairs not completed I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday morning. At the end of business I got a call saying my car was not serviced it was a busy day. So I opted to I scheduled an appointment for a Thursday morning. At the end of business I got a call saying my car was not serviced it was a busy day. So I opted to leave the car over night and get the repairs done the following day. Well that was a waste of time. No one could tell me through out the day what was happening with my vehicle. I went to pick it up at 5pm and no work had been done. I am not a happy customer. Don't book appointments if you done have the staff or ability to get the job done! More

Service department is a waste of time I have been a customer here for over a year for basic oil changes, and each time I really thought my experience couldn't get worse, but this place con I have been a customer here for over a year for basic oil changes, and each time I really thought my experience couldn't get worse, but this place continues to prove me wrong. During my most recent experience I made an appointment since I wanted to have some things inspected as opposed to sitting in the express lane, and yet I still waited for over 2 hours with nothing having been accomplished. After 1.5 hrs they could not even find my vehicle, let alone provide me any kind of an update. I'm still not entirely sure they actually changed my oil, instead letting my vehicle sit and not touch it, and I will find a better place to take my vehicle. Afterwards, I was told that I should be giving them 5 star reviews when they send me a survey! Don't waste your time with this place. More
