Slow service, full of excuses, not ready when promised Had a 8:30 appointment to have my car repaired. Heard nothing all morning about the status. Called them at noon and was told that they have not looked at the car yet. Was told that someone will look at it “after lunch”. Got a call at about 1:30 telling me that they ran the diagnostic and determined the problems and that it would be an “easy fix”. I asked when the car would be ready and they said “this evening”. When asked to explain “this evening” they said before they closed at 6:00. I explained that I needed to pick up my child after work and that I needed it by 4:30. Was promised that it would be ready at 4:30. When I arrived at 4:30 the car was not ready and it wasn’t ready until 5:15. Don’t like making an appointment for no reason and then being lied to about the completion time. Terrible customer service. More

I had a scheduled appointment so I was assigned to service advisor Kyle Wilson, my friendly service experience with from great to not so welcoming. I was giving to the price of my service when I made my appointment and from the first advisor but Kyle told me a much higher price which seemed off to me. His communication skills demeanor and tone when speaking while speaking to me is the reason for the score. I tried to report this and switch back to the original person that helped me but I for the voicemail for the manager. Overall the first advisor was welcoming, the assigned advisor bad experience the shuttles service was great. I hope my next experience it great because I drove a hour to come to the specific location because the staff has always been friendly and the service is great an honest and fair, but today I felt took advantage of. I can't really say how the service went because I just took the car in today. More
