2015 Renegade Repair This is the second time my Jeep has been for significant service. The first time in the shop it was there for more than 2 months and the dealership ev This is the second time my Jeep has been for significant service. The first time in the shop it was there for more than 2 months and the dealership eventually provided me with a rental car. This recent visit the Jeep was again there for more than 2 months. Both trips were covered under an extended warranty in purchased with my new Jeep. When I asked about a rental I was basically told that I would have to figure that out. I realize the dealership has little control over what happens to the vehicle and the length of time it takes to get parts. But it really seems like customer service is becoming more of a thing of the past. More
