Around a week later the same electrical symptoms star This is a follow up from my previous review which left off when the battery had to be replaced. Around a week later the same electrical symptoms started again. The Jeep lost power, dash lights flashed on and off, and this time the ABS system engaged almost slamming the Jeep to a stop. I again had to have it towed back to the dealership. What we were told this time is that the technician who replaced the battery did not tighten the connections to the positive power terminal to the battery. Our service advisor, April, let us know that the Tech was embarrased by the mistake. April has done her best to make this experience as tolerable as possible. I express sympathy for her since she is the one interacting with customers and not the techs making the mistakes. The Jeep was test driven for 33 miles after the connections were tightened. This has not at all be anywhere in the neighborhood of being a good experience. Our other car will be due for an oil change soon, and I have no confidence about taking it back to this dealership for the oil change. More

They got the truck I requested but forgot to follow up on wheel well liners and I did not want to wait the day I got the truck as I would likely have to come back to get them installed. The experience was OK. I would have like to see the final documents before driving several hours to close the deal. I would have also liked to see the warranty options prior to coming in to sign the papers. I might have opted for some if I had to to research them before hand. Overall it was a good experience and I was able to take advantage of the incentives. More
