Recommend for service only I recently went to order a new jeep from Capital and the sales person that I worked with was helpful with that part. we figured options, engine, drive I recently went to order a new jeep from Capital and the sales person that I worked with was helpful with that part. we figured options, engine, drive train , color etc. He stated that we would get updates as the vehicle was being made and collected e-mail addresses for both myself and my spouse. He stated that the final price negotiation would happen at the time we turned in our vehicle once the new jeep showed up. I gave him a check for 10% of the total price. We waited patiently for a few weeks without any email. After more than 3 weeks I called to check on things as we had never received any email at all and I was told that the new jeep would be in in a few days, that it was in the "Jeep customization shop" My wife was traveling and I anticipated surprising her when she got off the plane. That didn't happen as It was almost a week after the stated date for it to show up. When it did show up, I was at work and my wife went to see the vehicle. It was not customized to what we had ordered, the dealership tried to convince her to take it anyway or a similar one that came in the same shipment. I asked her not to over the phone as I was still at work and they convinced her to take another one (not on the lot, but local) that had more but still not all of the options that we wanted. To do so and be able to have it there the next day she had to sign for it right then... TO shorten the story for everyone. They got her for full price on a jeep that isn't the one that she ordered and paid full price for the warranty. I won't buy there again and I was getting ready to get a new Laramie. More

I purchased a 2020 Dodge Charger from Capital on 5 March. My salesman, Patrick, was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my desires. He worked with me on getting the best price possible. I bought my Jeep from this dealer and expected service to be beyond my expectations just like the sales department. I was not impressed when i received the call to tell me that there was $2,000 worth of work be beyond my expectations just like the sales department. Stephanie, the service advisor, told me the wrong information on the phone about the recommendations for service. When i picked up my vehicle and read the recommendations from the tech, it was completely opposite of what she said the day before. I drove my vehicle to my normally trusted mechanic and was told that everything the dealership told me was a way for them to get money out of me since i am female. He told me my brakes were in great condition when the dealership told me my brakes were in awful condition. I also find it very funny that i was told my brakes were so bad and that there was irregular wear on my tires while the sticker they stick to the windshield has a red-yellow-green rating system and my tires, battery and brakes were all rated green meaning they are in the "best" condition. I was extremely disappointed with the experience i had with Capital CJD and will not be returning. More
