I was excited about my purchase with this dealership. Fast forward four months, they dropped the ball with my loan documents.. It expired! Nearly every month,’I had another person calling and asking fo Fast forward four months, they dropped the ball with my loan documents.. It expired! Nearly every month,’I had another person calling and asking for the very paperwork I had given them on three occasions. On April 30, they picked up with calling, calling it a repossessed although there was no loan. Meanwhile, I referred a relative. Within 15 days, it had to have all new roots and a transmission. My advise, nice does not necessarily mean they are getting the job done. I suggest passing this dealership when considering a car purchase. They need to ensure they are processing their paperwork more efficiently. And they need to communicate beans collaborate as a team. They have put a single Mom without a vehicle. And, they simply don’t care! I say don’t buy from here. More
