Was told parts were ordered for the cover of my drivers side seatbelt that had become dislodged. This was on Aug. 3d. Did not receive any call back at all. I then called on Aug26, 3 weeks later. It seems the person on the phone knew nothing about it. Then spoke to Donnie, what a pleasure. He investigated the matter and found that there was an order for the parts and that one came in but the other is back logged. Thank goodness for Donnie. My question is, if I didn’t call on the 23d would I just have been forgotten about? Seems there really is a lack of communication between the office and service people. Kudos to Donnie, he got me results. More
