I just recently moved to the area. I have a 2011 Buick so wasn't sure if the Chevrolet Store would be interested in helping me with service. Much to my surprise they did. That was a very pleasant experience because I didn't want to drive to Wilmington to find service. My service advisor Mr. Joshua (JR) Huffman was my service advisor. He was understanding, helpful, supportive and most of all kind. He would listen to my concerns and help direct me into ways to determine the issue or issues before spending major amounts of money to fix something that might not be broken or causing the problem. At any rate I would highly recommend both the service department and Service Advisor Mr. Huffman. I plan on taking my vehicle here for as long as I own it. Because of the age of the vehicle it's extremely important to me to keep it serviced and on the road. Especially nowadays where everything seems to cost what it use to. I bought a 2015 dodge journey. One week later it broke down. It was minor but very inconvenient given I was in another city. You always have to leave your car all day. That’s not necessary. I only have one car and it is a big inconvenience. Also, they can never get hold of the person working on your car.
