Issue with brakes squealing on 2021 Silverado 3500. Took truck on prior occasion and pads were replaced. Took it in this time for oil change, brakes squealing, check air pressure. Checked air pressure and it was the same. Contacted service manager and informed of dissatisfaction. Set up another appointment. Rotors were turned and pads scuffed. Hope this takes care of problem. Will add air my self. More
Great work, job was accomplished nicely. There was confusion on scheduling, I came down a day early and had to make another trip to the dealership. Salesman was very nice. He was still new there but got through it. Sold us my my son's first car. I do have one complaint though. My son had a slow leak in back right rear tire which when we took to tire place said it was worn. So needed a new tire. As he was looking at the tires of the care said it was a good thing we came in the 2 front tires that the car was sold with were the wrong size tires for that car. They were too big.And wouldn't have passed inspection if we didn't change them. And had to also on the right front tire break the lugnut off to get the tire off. I wasn't pleased with that That dealer sold it to us like that More
