I called to see if my Acadia check engine light could be diagnosed and was told to bring it in. The service scheduler checked it in the drive thru. This person ended up resetting the system and told me if i diagnosed and was told to bring it in. The service scheduler checked it in the drive thru. They first told me I had to have OnStar in order to get my car towed in and I told the lady my car was under factory warranty. then I had to go online to try to tell them the problem because the lady hung up on me and then the second person I talk to was trying to tell me my vehicle was 125 miles away with my vehicle is only 26 miles away. Cannot get them to understand they never once told me that he’s gonna send a tow truck to get my vehicle. I spent over an hour and a half going back-and-forth with these clowns customer service for Jiim is the worst I’ve ever had I not work for Richard Childress racing a serval lake by team I can’t believe how bad the services from General Motors. If it wasn’t for Toni Lindley, I probably would’ve went to the Dodge store across the street and treated my GMC Acadia for a dodge vehicle.
