Had to replace one tire. The other tire pressures were not checked so I added air at home. The team at Capital did a fantastic job. We were stranded 500 miles from home with a 2019 GMC 3500 on vacation. Our truck stopped running and we called and spoke with Wes the service advisor We were stranded 500 miles from home with a 2019 GMC 3500 on vacation. Our truck stopped running and we called and spoke with Wes the service advisor and he recommended Garrett’s Towing. Truck was towed within an hour and Wes and his team took the truck inside and put immediately on the lift. Fuel filter had separated and repair was completed and they cleared codes and test drove repairs were completed. We paid a very reasonable bill and left. 2 miles down the road check engine lamp came on and we limped truck back to Capital and Wes was very apologetic then we discussed a GM tech bulletin regarding a fuel rail sensor which caused our code. Wes was able to obtain a loaner car for us a very nice clean loaner. Wes ordered parts immediately located part locally and one of the members of his team pick up part. Wes called a little after 12 and told us truck was repaired. My wife and I have spent over 60 years in the auto service business and Wes and his team surpassed the quality of service we every expected. Thank you Wes sincerely Jeff and Jami. More
