I brought my vehicle in for hail damage. The office had a tremendously difficult time locating the shop order in the system which delayed the start of the repair. The Insurance agent sent it The office had a tremendously difficult time locating the shop order in the system which delayed the start of the repair. The Insurance agent sent it over multiple times however, the staff could not locate it. I almost, and should have, went to a different repair facility. The vehicle was repaired by an outside subcontractor. However, they did not repaired the vehicle completely. They completely missed the roof section which The capital Staf missed as well. When I picked up the vehicle, I showed this to the staff and they notated the file. It’s extremely disappointing to give a vehicle for 4 to 5 days only to have it not checked to make sure the job was completed. Now I am dealing with the subcontractor which is taking multiple weeks to arrange and the truck still is not repaired. However, you have your $7300 check. I will not be coming back To any of the Capital locations in the future. More
