Well my car was under warranty with a 100. 00 deductible which was fine. He charged me 50 some dollars over my deductible. Then on invoice was shop Supplys which is total xx. I called warranty company they said Wess billed them for 2 hours of which was a 30 minute job but they paid it anyways and they said he also charged them for a diagnosis of the problem when I already told them what was wrong with it but the warranty company paid it also . My biggest gripe is that he just kept saying you can go some where else if u don't like our customer service . So I plan to!!! He upset my wife so bad that she went outside cause of his attitude. I would never go back there and will tell my friends and family the same things and we all are Chevrolet family. More
