Chad was incredible! The dealership is shady and deceptive. I would not recommend the dealership to anyone, ever! However, I would recommend Chad all day long! In fact, I hope he goes and works for another dealership! You false advertise one price and then bait and switch to add things parolee do not want added on their vehicles and you force them to take it. I am reporting to the BBB and Attorney General as I found out that the advertised price cannot have add-ons put onto it. From a dealership standpoint it was the worst buying experience I have had but from a salesrep experience, he was one of the very best experiences. (This was my 19th car) More
