I was able to find the vehicle they advertised and negotiated the sale that afternoon. Not particularly friendly atmosphere. Person who checked me in kept telling me the extra I had requested when I filled out the service form online couldn’t be done. He made excuses. You don’t make a customer wrong when the form you filled out had an area to request other service All he had to say was let me are what I can do. In the end, without telling me he did have the problem looked at. Could. It be solved that day. If you don’t want people to request extra service when requesting the periodic maintenance then take it off the form. I was really disappointed in the atmosphere for the first time. More

Do not use Capital Chevrolet in Lexington for service. Not only did they over charge and ask for over $1000 more to repair my husbands truck then other repair shops but they also hung up on me when I atte Not only did they over charge and ask for over $1000 more to repair my husbands truck then other repair shops but they also hung up on me when I attempted to speak to someone. The service guy said he didn’t have to listen to me. Do NOT go there! (They also wanted $150 for diagnostic testing and when I asked other repair shops they said they don’t charge for diagnostics) These people are crooks! More
