Well my car was under warranty with a 100. 00 deductible which was fine. He charged me 50 some dollars over my deductible. When questioning it he was very stand offish and never would answer my 00 deductible which was fine. He charged me 50 some dollars over my deductible. When questioning it he was very stand offish and never would answer my question . Just kept saying it's what my warranty didn't cover no explanation. Then on invoice was shop Supplys which is total xx. I called warranty company they said Wess billed them for 2 hours of which was a 30 minute job but they paid it anyways and they said he also charged them for a diagnosis of the problem when I already told them what was wrong with it but the warranty company paid it also . My biggest gripe is that he just kept saying you can go some where else if u don't like our customer service . So I plan to!!! He upset my wife so bad that she went outside cause of his attitude. I would never go back there and will tell my friends and family the same things and we all are Chevrolet family. More
