Puzzled…. I’ve utilized this dealership since 2013 for service on my 2012 CTS Wagon. Up until now, my reviews could only be stellar. My former service contact (Jason) was knowledgeable and professional. However, right now I’m a little puzzled by what’s going on with my service experience. I dropped my new car (2018 ATS Turbo) off about a week ago for diagnostic with vibration when driving between 30-50 miles per hour. I also told him there were many instances of this in the Cadillac forum and they were calling it driveline shudder. The new sales person (Mike) seemed new and not very knowledgeable. He told me it was probably in need of tire rotation. I told him that was not likely as It was done Two weeks prior, at the same location…..As mentioned, it’s been a week. Not one call from this guy. I called several times. Once speaking to a Mr. Sandoval. Who although very knowledgeable, informed me he was not my service person. He did advise that the suspension had been looked at and now they were looking at the transmission. I called again and spoke to a Michael who said I needed to call back and speak with Mike. (I’m now wondering if Mike and Michael are the same person). Calling again and finally getting “Mike”, he said all he could tell me was it was being looked at. I asked what were they looking at, he said the computer didn’t say… I asked him why hadn’t he called to advise me (5 days in), he says they only call when they have something to bill, and need permission. I cannot imagine how this is Capital Cadillac in Atlanta Service Department after my experience in years past. I almost had to check my phone to see if I had dialed the wrong number. Or maybe I was being punked and Ashton Kutcher was nearby in the bushes ready to show up with his camera 🎥 men. In any event, it’s been two days since I called Mike, and no word. Maybe I’m in the twilight zone and I should look for Rod Sterling…… More

My problems began LACKS INTEGRITY Capital Cadillac Service Manager and a Service Provider lack integrity. To say the least, they are liars and rude. My problems began in November 2020, I took my SUV in for a leaking sunroof, and less than 30 days during a heavy rain my front floor was flooded. I immediately contacted the service department and sent pictures of the problem, I was with a rude demeanor and was told to bring the SUV back in. My vehicle was supposedly repaired however, during another rainy day water came into my car. I contacted the service department again and was initially told they were not responsible for the leak and if I were to bring the vehicle back in I would be charged. The Service Manager and I spoke intensely about this matter. I was told to take my vehicle elsewhere for repairs and if the findings were the same I would be reimbursed. I acted accordingly and submitted the invoice from the other repair shop. When I contacted Capital Cadillac Service Manager for a follow-up on the status of my refund I was told I WOULDN'T be issue a refund and he did not have any more time to discuss this issue. More

In December I was able to find the ideal Lexus LX470 at this dealership and worked with them to buy the car fully remote out of Fort Worth. I even had an issue with the car when it got here and they were helpful enough to get it sorted out for me, despite not having to or me really expecting them to. Great customer service that you do not often get out of a car dealer, especially one in another state. More
