They replaced rear wheel abs sensors and damaged rear wheel Called Mike andvhe said bring it by so we can take care of the scratched wheel. The tire they removed is the only rim scratched. The scratch cannot be fixed . So I was also looking for a new truck. It will not be a dodge .! And I will never trust them with my vehicle for service . More

Service Department nightmare First off my Ram 3500 and I was in the TV commercial for Indian Trail Dodge Ram. I regret doing the TV commercial for this dealership. The service dep First off my Ram 3500 and I was in the TV commercial for Indian Trail Dodge Ram. I regret doing the TV commercial for this dealership. The service department is the worst one I have ever dealt with. I took my Ram 3500 with 17600 miles on it there for service four times and found out they never grease the drive shaft and never check fluid level in the rear differential. The rear differential started to fail making all kinds of noises. I had to request a sample of the oil from the rear diff. The oil had lots of water in it which lead to the rear diff failure. So the dealership rebuilt the entire rear. 28 Days later I went to pick up my truck, I found grease all over the hood and door also found my rear tire and rim was not mine. They lost my wheels. It took them three day to get my wheel back. (They were on another customer truck) I put 175 miles on the truck after they repaired it and the left rear wheels locked up and skidded off the road. The wheel bearing seized up from lack of lubrication, Tom and Brian said it was a defective new bearing. Not!! It was improperly installed. The Dealership replaced the rear housing this time. 13 Days later I picked my truck up again. I found parts that should have been on the repair order but were not. Rear differential oil additive part no. 4318060-AD and one wheel seal part no 5086983-AA. It takes two wheel seals for this job so they reused an old seal. This is horrible workmanship and totally unacceptable. My truck is at another dealership getting all new wheel bearing, hub, seals and differential oil additive. My truck has been out of service for over 50 days because of Indian Trail Dodge Ram. I highly recommend that anyone that had their vehicle serviced at Indian Trail Dodge Ram Dealership to take their vehicle somewhere else to get it checked for Bad Workmanship and to make sure you have your own tires!! More
