Best price around for the Jeep we were looking for, and we drove 2.5 hours to get there. After many conversations with Sherry and the sales manager, I was still required to put a nonrefundable deposit down we drove 2.5 hours to get there. After many conversations with Sherry and the sales manager, I was still required to put a nonrefundable deposit down to hold the vehicle for 4 hours. Fortunately the deposit was included as down payment, but it would have been nice to have the car held in good faith. The required/mandatory purchase of "VIP Protection" isn't worth the money. The plastic coating on the door edges and the handles looks cheaply installed, even though we had them redo it before leaving the lot. Also, the required "window tint" is only for the front 2 windows. It was also frustrating that the adhesive from the window sticker wasn't cleaned off the window. Small details make a big difference! Very happy with our purchase, would shop there again. More
