Appointment for test drive turned into>>> Made appointment with Internet Manager to test drive 2017 Honda Accord Coupe but after an hour of driving to them it was sold hours earlier. They had 5 other people looking at it. Was never told of this. I had certified check in hand to buy right then and there. If they had told me of 5 other people was looking at it that very day, I would bought on the spot when I set up time to test drive it. The sales person they had for me had NO idea it was already sold. Very poor communication on their part and waste of my time and gas. More

I hate when you walk in and firs thing the do is get into your personal business instead of being interested in what you came to buy. Carter was straight forward, honest, and funny. My "HARD" stuck up husband who only buys Hondas and Toyotas said he was IMPRESSED by the service and was coming back to buy a truck.We have been telling everyone about our experience and recommending CDJR India Trail they also have wonderful incentives & car packages with little to no cost. It was GREAT! My car had a recall and as I'm waiting for the parts to be fixed they put me in a loaner so they made sure I drove off the lot with something. More

Poor excuse for a dealership They’re service department is terrible, their managers are even worse. They can never keep track of what’s what. I referred people there thinking I was the problem and at one point they called to check on their car and the service dept didn’t even know where her car was! And FORGET about ‘the customer is always right’ I will gladly drive much further away for a little decent service. More
