Lied to and they wrecked my truck I took my ram 3500 in for a recall repair I was told that it wasn’t recalled it met the requirement just to find out that they replaced a part on the I took my ram 3500 in for a recall repair I was told that it wasn’t recalled it met the requirement just to find out that they replaced a part on the steering as their technician was driving my vehicle he rear ended a Nother van I was told just a couple broke pieces they didn’t know I had already went to the other Shop and saw the vehicle I showed Them a pic and they said how do we know that your truck and then ask them to ride with me to see then they called me told me it was only the front bumper that needed to be repaired they would replace it I returned and found multiple other damaged areas I’ve caught them in three lies already be aware of this business my truck has 18000 miles on it it’s only driven on weekend and both front tires are worn out the only thing I want is the two front tires replaced and my body shop to fix damages to truck I was told crash was at 10 mph I spoke to other person involved they said it was way more than 10 mph and how do you rear end a stopped vehicle if you are paying attention More

Service nightmare After some consideration I am submitting this VERY abridged version of my review. I have waited to submit anything until I was forced/could have a After some consideration I am submitting this VERY abridged version of my review. I have waited to submit anything until I was forced/could have another dealer correct the work that CDJR of Indian Trail attempted. The short of it is this: The CDRJ of Indian Trail, NC service department exhibits near complete incompetence with the type of work they performed on my vehicle. YMMV. If that is all you need to know then you are done. The experience I had and the work performed by CDRJ of Indian Trail were both terrible. My point of view/opinion: • Communication with this dealership is horrible at its best • The service area is in utter disarray, filthy and not reflective of an effectively managed location • The technician working on my vehicle had no business doing the work attempted without both significant and experienced oversight • I am not convinced that they have competence in any other area based on observed conditions inside the shop or the work performed on my vehicle • From what can be ascertained by two other dealerships and what will be shared by FCA, CDRJ of Indian Trail was the second dealership to work on my vehicle—ever, no other dealer had performed any major work expect that executed due to recalls or TSBs. One of which, Safety Recall (RC-P36-14) CDRJ of Indian Trail noted had been completed on this vehicle. • Confirming the presence of issue that an owner is experiencing is different from diagnosing it. A doctor can observe you are experiencing pain and they might even poke around a bit to see if they can figure anything out (inspection, palpation, percussion and auscultation), but if she/he believes exploratory surgery is required to determine the root cause you had better believe they would get/need your permission first. Same should be true for a mechanic. Some quick facts: • The work CDRJ of Indian Trail performed completely reversed Safety Recall (RC-P36-14), ironic. • The work CDRJ of Indian Trail performed resulted in severe leakage from a sunroof and water damage on the interior of my vehicle which could not be corrected by them over two extended visits. • The work CDRJ of Indian Trail performed completely failed within 6 months. • The work CDRJ of Indian Trail performed had to be completely redone by another dealership as CDRJ of Indian Trail had even managed to break the new components they had installed during their efforts. • CDRJ of Indian Trail broke or damaged virtually every trim panel from the B-pillar back in my vehicle and the headliner—some were small issues like scratches, but more major breakage occurred than should be expected. A broken headliner, a severely cracked interior trim panel and upon disassembly and further inspection missing interior fasteners (loose panels and components), broken trim supports/buttresses (one completely missing), numerous wiring harnesses that had been screwed through or severally pinched, loose accessory connections, missing retaining clips, etc. While traveling in rural communities around the world, I have seen engines hoisted out of cars under the branches of trees and other cars wedged into shops not much more than a closet with their innards strewn about in every available space—and I would argue their setups were a likely improvement compared to what I witnessed in the service area of this dealership. There is no apparent separation of service types. My interior rattle was being worked on right next to a dropped engine and transmission with another tech, hammer in hand, absolutely going to town on that sprinter transmission—to what end, I couldn’t stand to ask. With yet another random engine laying on the ground right next to my vehicle with tools, parts and dirt everywhere. I dealt almost exclusively with the service manager at CDRJ of Indian Trail. Attempting on occasion to engage the general manager when the situation was becoming ridiculous (they somewhat rightfully) kept the discussion targeted to the service manager, but at some point the GM should have stepped in more directly. I was hoping to gain a solid support mechanism for my vehicle. What happened only illustrated that this was not a dealership to bring a vehicle to for service—in my opinion of any type. More

I understand that this is their livelihood, but greed is a terrible thing. We were treated as if they didn’t need our business, so we took it elsewhere. I purchased a new car at another dealership for a lower price than a used one (same model car). Don’t waste your time. More
Poor Customer Service New to the area. Took my truck in to be worked on. MAde an appt and took it in at 8:00 in the morning. Did not hear a word all day. Had to make ar New to the area. I called after 5:00 p.m. and learned that NO ONE had even looked at my truck yet and no one cared to call. I expressed my concern and the impact of this on me for another day. It did not seem at all that service person on the other end cared much. I called back at 9:20 a.m. the next morning and asked to speak to the service manager. (BTW - the receptionist answers without giving her name.) I was sent to a voicemail box that has not been set up yet. I called back again, and asked to talk to anyone in service. I was told it has still not been looked at yet. I explained again what has happened. I really felt like I was inconveniencing them and bothering them. Never again! More

They had 5 other people looking at it. Was never told of this. I had certified check in hand to buy right then and there. If they had told me of 5 other people was looking at it that very day, I would bought on the spot when I set up time to test drive it. The sales person they had for me had NO idea it was already sold. Very poor communication on their part and waste of my time and gas. More
