My salesman Zack, being the New Kid On The Block at Capital, made me feel welcome, secure , and safe. Almost like family. There l was told it was now $17,000, At the signing with Wayne it was $17,881. With my fico score of 737, and excellent on time payment history on my credits , their financIng, tags transfer, taxes, license fee (doc fee to Capital Chrysler, Dodge Jeep), which I just noticed, I felt and still feel some kind of way, almost taken. We live and we learn. I am taking my SUV in because the mirror casing has popped out a little and the engine light is on. Please take time to read all paperwork before signing so fast, no matter how much you want it. I More
i bought a 2007 jeep wrangler at this dealership. the warranty was "as-is". after driving it home i had a problem with the catalytic converter. i called Keith the sales manager and described the problem warranty was "as-is". after driving it home i had a problem with the catalytic converter. i called Keith the sales manager and described the problem to him. even though he did not have to pay for the repair, this dealership did pay for it!!! that is a lot more than you will get out of most dealerships. he gave me his personal cell phone number i contacted him with any questions that i had thru out the entire process. dont hesitate to buy from this dealership. it was over an hour and half drive for me to go here but in the long run was worth the drive. great deal on the jeep and great customer service after the sale!! you cant ask for more. thank you capital jeep!! CDJR of Indian Trail really knocked it out of the park for me! Was able to meet a lot of staff within the dealership and customers that had been coming there for years. One customer in particular had a ve for me! Was able to meet a lot of staff within the dealership and customers that had been coming there for years. One customer in particular had a vehicle with 364,000 miles on it and was in great shape.I was very impressed with the whole experience there. More
