Was chasing my favorite auto professional sales person and found him at CCDJR Indian Trail. Knew that Feb was a good month to trade with lots of incentives so I pursued trading in my lease Pacifica. Turn and found him at CCDJR Indian Trail. Knew that Feb was a good month to trade with lots of incentives so I pursued trading in my lease Pacifica. Turned out my guy had moved to Florida but he passed me on to Kim Erickson in Sales at CCDJR. She was terrific. Since there were only a few cars that fit my bill in inventory in the SE area, she and I both did a lot of investigating. So after about 2 weeks we found the car and Kim put together the deal I wanted, secured the car and I took delivery on 2/25/21. We are happy with Kim and Wayne Miller and so far with CCDJR. After the last three Chryslers from Keffer, one previously from Stateline and one from Lake Norman, we think we have a new car home. Looking forward to meeting Mr. Hutto and the management team there. Will plan to do so when there for my first service appt. More
