With the microchip shortage of 2021, it has made buying a new vehicle challenging, to say the least. I knew I wanted a 2021 Dodge Durango RT. However, finding one within a 500-mile radius with all of the new vehicle challenging, to say the least. I knew I wanted a 2021 Dodge Durango RT. However, finding one within a 500-mile radius with all of the packages/add-ons that I wanted--was not going to happen. I searched day and night for 3 weeks, with NO results. I decided to bite the bullet, and move forward with a factory order Durango. I researched dealerships in my area and came across Capital CDJR of Indian Trail. After looking at their awesome reviews (Dealerrater.com & google reviews), I decided to give them a shot. I'm a woman and felt delighted when I repetitively saw Kim's name being mentioned in positive reviews. You mean I can buy a car from a reputable WOMAN??? SIGN ME UP!!! I called her yesterday, made an appointment for today (despite it being her day off--she still seemed eager to earn my business). I got there today for my apt and she was extremely personable, professional and PATIENT!! I wanted to call my bank for clarity on the loan and was on the phone for almost an hour. There was never a moment where I felt pressure from anyone on Capital's end. They gave me all the time and space I needed before I decided to move forward with the purchase. We were able to negotiate the price; I’ve honestly never had such a laid back and pleasant experience purchasing a car. Although the anticipation for the delivery of my factory ordered Durango will be brutal, I can't give enough praise to Capital CDJR of Indian Trail. They're good people and if you're looking for a honest dealership to purchase a vehicle from, give them a shot—because you will walk out doing the happy dance like I did today!
