Big dealer name, treats customers like fly-by-night dealer. I purchased a Wrangler for my daughter, pre-owned. Did my best to look it over as I have past automotive experience. I pointed items out that needed to be attended to those items were told to me would be "looked at" and that where their scam comes in. They have zero intent of actually correcting the issues especially after getting your money. I did not once ask for $1 off and even financed through this dealership which they also make money off of. I have excellent credit and was understanding about minor items being that it was a pre-owned vehicle. This vehicle was for my daughter's first car and I made the salesman aware of this. Well after squeeks driving home, the tire pressure monitoring system not even present on the vehicle and the safety belt not working on the passenger side, I went in and spoke with Keith Starnes. Boy what an entitled guy her is. He practically looked me in the eyes and said " I do not care about your daughters safety or well being, you bought a used vehicle. " The repairs I was requesting dealer cost couldn't be more than $200-$300 max. And since I paid FULL price we all know they have plenty of margin in their to repair needed items. Well they could care less. This is the worst customer service I have even had while purchasing a new or used vehicle in my entire life. I will make sure to share this story with every single person I come in contact with as well as on every social media platform I frequent. Keith Starnes, Andrew Bell and the know nothing salesman Preston should spend some time learning about customer service and relations rather than their turn and burn mentality of "we got your money" onto the next scam. I will pay out of pocket to another dealer to fix all the items so my daughter can drive safely to school. More
