I had a terrible experience with several staff members at Capital Auto. I don’t know if it was because I’m a woman or if they’re that disrespectful to all their customers. I had been researching for a used vehicle for several months. As Covid-19 hit I was in a bind and needed to make a purchase as soon as possible. I spoke with Dominic about a vehicle I saw on their website, secured funding, and made an appointment to go test drive it. After my initial inspection there were several concerns with the vehicle that were left out of the images online or dismissed by Dominic. Not only that, the vehicle was not cleaned prior to my arrival or while sitting at the dealership for several hours. Because I needed to leave, I was given a “We Owe You” Slip to return to the dealership for a deep clean and several repairs. The day after bringing the vehicle home the battery died. Everything was shut down a week later due to Covid-19. Fast forward three months later, this past June, I scheduled an appointment with Greg in the service department to bring my vehicle in for the deep clean and repairs (Dents and a door seal). I was quoted 2 hours for this to take place (I live over an hour a way). After 4 hours of no word, I call Greg and he was unavailable. I get back to the dealership and Greg contacts me back via phone and they had not done anything to my vehicle and they did not have the door seal to do that part of the repair. They knew several weeks in advance that I was bringing my vehicle in for service and had plenty of time to order the replacement parts. Dominic told me the day of purchase he was ordering the door seal. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I encourage everyone to look elsewhere for their new/used car needs. I wouldn’t want anyone to have my experience. More

I was initially apprehensive about shopping at a use car dealership; but Tee, Greg, Antony, and the rest of the team at Capital Auto Sales went above and beyond to m apprehensive about shopping at a use car dealership; but Tee, Greg, Antony, and the rest of the team at Capital Auto Sales went above and beyond to make my experience great. After I purchased my vehicle, a small mechanical issue came up, but the sales and management staff quickly addressed it. They helped me schedule a time to bring the vehicle back, provided me a loaner, and ensured the issue was addressed to manufacturer standards. Great experience. Great communication. Great staff. I will be recommending this place to anyone shopping for a used vehicle. More
