We bought a truck from this place using our own credit union. First I asked the sales person for a set of running boards and i would install them myself, he told me no room in the deal and I bought the tr union. Then we go thru finance and the lady screwed up all the paper work. We have had to resign papers via mail and now we to drive 45mins to sign again. Worst buying experience ever and I do not recommend this place at all. --- It gets even better. Whatever mechanic your using did not use a torque stick when putting the wheels back on after replacing the brakes, the rotors still have hash marks on them and the pads are new, so you guys replaced the pads and rotors, front and rear. VA inspection guidelines require you to remove 1 front wheel and 1 back wheel so either way someone at your shop took the wheels off and has no clue what the xxxx they are doing. Also just so you know not one of your managers called me either after time of sale or google review. You guys DO NOT care about your customers and if you think I will take intimidating tactics about my review then your wrong. I took the vehicle to Mr. Tire with some BFgoodrich K02's I got from tirerack and they could not remove the lug nuts, I went into the shop and he tried in front of me with a 1/2in impact and by hand, would not budge at all, we had to torch off the lug nuts to get the wheels off to mount n balance my new tires. So I ended up spending $300+ dollars to remove lug nuts and mount/balance tires, have pictures and receipts as well if u need them. Your sales guy texted me 1 time and called me 1 time about my review, I tried calling him back and he did not answer, probably just wanted the call in his call log so your managers think he tried to reach me. Now I have torch marks on my wheels and mix matched lug nuts, pull your heads out of your butt and figure out how to run a proper used car operation. More

I purchased a truck from Capitol Auto Sales and was happy with my experience at first. 2 days later the truck was misfiring and as it turned out, the air filter looked to be about 10 years old and was so clo with my experience at first. 2 days later the truck was misfiring and as it turned out, the air filter looked to be about 10 years old and was so clogged up it restricted the air flow enough to cause a random misfire. Then I failed MD inspection due to a leaking power steering line even though i was told the truck was 100% inspection ready and was left high and dry when I asked them to fix it for me. Now here I am discovering the black spray paint flaking off the frame, uncovering the rust and the crappy bondo job done on the cab corners is cracking and rust is coming through... I am extremely disappointed with the lies and cover-ups that this dealer pulled and would not recommend them to anyone.
