I visited this dealership and test drove a vehicle I was planning to purchase but heard a rattle on the passenger rear door I asked sales person Tee to investigate the noise and he said he would have their planning to purchase but heard a rattle on the passenger rear door I asked sales person Tee to investigate the noise and he said he would have their mechanic investigate and get back to me and before I left I left a deposit to hold the vehicle. The very next day Tee called and said the car had been sold. This practice has to be illegal I would say away from this dealer if I were you period! Then after I write a bad review the MANAGER responds and says I declined to hold the vehicle. I STILL HAVE THE DEPOSIT RECEIPT SO DONT YOU DARE CALL ME A LIAR! I wish there were an option to paste a photo. More

Absolutely a poor attempt to buy experience. Ended up buying 2 hours later at Koons Chysler 10 miles away. Why... looked at a 2012 Maserati and called Capital. Drove 90 minutes each way and they said I c buying 2 hours later at Koons Chysler 10 miles away. Why... looked at a 2012 Maserati and called Capital. Drove 90 minutes each way and they said I could not drive it unless we filled out a financial. I am like are you kidding, I drive 3 hour round-trip to look at a $25k used car and I need Financials. We made 500k last year! I refused to fill out a financial but after arguing with the new manager I showed him a paystub and he reluctantly said okay. Left with an absolute attitude that no way would I buy a car from them! BTW car had 4 major defects and they said car had undergone their 120 point check. Never told me on the phone about Financials when I made appointment to test drive the car. I told them if they have that policy that they should be upfront and tell people before they drive 3 hours round trip, or 30 minutes or 5 minutes for that matter about this weird requirement. Ended up buying 70k car 2 hours later from Koons used cars! We test drove car with no salesman even riding with us. Buyer beware. More
