Quick and easy, a pleasant buying experience. We had a specific deal in mind for the e-Golf, which was currently being offered at other dealerships but not advertised at Capo VW. Steve looked into it for us and was able to get the same deal. We also had to leave in the middle of the buying process to go pick up our kids, but the whole team was very understanding. Kevin stepped in when the Financing guys were back-logged to get us out the door faster. He was very kind to our 5-year old son and gave him some toys to play with while he waited. Only negative was having to wait 20+minutes for the car we were interested in to be retrieved from the off-site lot. Wish it was closer! More

Review based ONLY on terrible car detail service I just got a nice pre owned vw and even though my car was fairly clean and well maintained I still wanted a car detail to get all the little details d I just got a nice pre owned vw and even though my car was fairly clean and well maintained I still wanted a car detail to get all the little details done. I came here and dropped off my car in the morning at 10 and was told my car wouldn’t be ready until 4. I didn’t mind the long wait since I assumed they’ll do a phenomenal job. When I arrived to pick up my car I knew right away that this was not done right just by the visible dirt on the exterior windshield. BUT the real shock came (I literally mean shock as I’ve had a better and cleaner job done for $20 at a hand car wash) when I opened door and went inside. LITERALLY nothing was done other than I think someone wiped most of the dashboard down. ALL the same blemishes that were there previously were still present! Lint in all the corners and along edges of compartments on dash. Splatters of dirt on the plastics overhead and on side. Hair on the seats. I mean they didn’t even bother to give it a quick wipe down LET ALONE a detail. I took pictures as well. I was unbelievably disappointed and told Jeff this and he did finally offer a complimentary future detail. However what bothered me was all the excuses leading up to that point. Look, you dropped the ball (in a big way) you should have just owned your mistake instead of feeding me pathetic excuses (this isn’t my first detail, I know the level of quality that goes into one.) I felt I had to argue my case for them to finally admit they did a lousy job. I was not happy with the resolution but reluctantly accepted and left vowing to NEVER do business with them again. So I left and drove away, minutes later I pulled into a spot down the street where there was a lot of light and once I really saw the extent of their poor work I just got LIVID. I just felt scammed and taken advantage of and knew i still had to get my car detailed because it didn’t even have a basic cleaning done LET ALONE a detail cleaning. So I called Jeff and let him know this is just unacceptable and I just can’t pay for this ($150 although I got a $20 discount) to which thankfully he agreed to refund my money. I then asked if I can return anyhow just so i can point out the details of the terrible job done so he’s aware of the workmanship being performed. He agreed. I got my refund and was also able to point out most of what was left behind. I honestly think they were busy and didn’t take my car in until the last minute and because they saw it was already fairly clean they just did a quick wipe down of half of it and didn’t even notice or bother with the splatters, lint and all the other DETAILS that needed addressed because upon entering the car you don’t really notice it right away. I wasted my entire day waiting for my car to be done only to have to plea my case to get a refund and walked away with a day wasted and my car STILL needing a detail. Needless to say I will not be back nor can I in good conscience ever recommend this dealer. More
