Great and genuine service I adore this dealership. They are straight forward and even provide video of the repair as they disgnose the issues. I have an old 2002 Eurovan whic I adore this dealership. Dropped off my leased vehicle with Richard on Saturday and he was very accommodating My experience at Capo VW spans last Saturday evening into Sunday. Dropped off my leased vehicle with Richard on Saturday and he was very accommodating with the drop off and did not pressure us to buy or lease anything new. We came back on Sunday to ultimately purchase a Jetta (which is running great so far) and we were pleased with how knowledgeable and helpful Richard and everyone at the dealer was. The whole transaction and negotiation was very transparent and could not have been any easier. My dad and I like how Capo VW does business and expect to be back in the future. More
Immediate Attention! My wife had hit a large hunk of metal on the freeway and cracked one of her wheels and tore up her tire. She limped in to the dealership on Thursday afternoon. She has a 2019 Tiguan SEL R line Black package that have special wheels and we thought this was going to take some time. They took her Tiguan and gave her a loaner so she wasn't driving on her spare. The very next day we got a call telling us her Tiguan was ready! New matching tire, new matching wheel and a front end alignment. Thank you Cory and your staff for the great service! More
4th auto from Capo VW I bought a 1999 Passat for a family car, a 2010 Jetta as a commuter car, a 2014 Jetta for my daughter to commute to college, and now a 2019 Tiguan for I bought a 1999 Passat for a family car, a 2010 Jetta as a commuter car, a 2014 Jetta for my daughter to commute to college, and now a 2019 Tiguan for my dogs. I have raised my family in VWs ... the German engineering is amazing. We take all our cars to get properly serviced at Capo VW with no major breakdowns - hoping it stays the same. When- ever I have a problem which is hardly ever they do whatever they have to do to help me out. My number 1 service person is Fred Evans, he is very knowledgeable about my car. So when I call he knows just what to do for me.. The other thing I really like about CapoVW is the service dept. techs themselves. They know everything and even show me videos of the work they do. I don't know of any othe dealers that do this. I live in Riverside and even though Riverside VW is just 2 miles from my house I still drive the 40 miles to CapoVW. Thanks for a great job all around.
