Over priced service on my vehicle I have been to this dealership several times to repair my vehicle. I have spent thousands of dollars in repairs. I have a few issues when it comes to I have been to this dealership several times to repair my vehicle. I have spent thousands of dollars in repairs. I have a few issues when it comes to the service. First and foremost the check oil light on my car was never turned off after all the repairs nor was the clock fixed. These are just simple things you would expect to be corrected after paying over a thousand dollars. Second, I feel like the value of the repairs was over priced. After reviewing the statement at the end I took notice in the cost of labor that seemed to up the price point of the repairs by at least a couple hundred bucks. Now I understand people need to be paid and labor isn't free but I really feel like the dealership needs to not pass the burden of paying it's employees on the consumer. I have had my vehicle for 6 years now and prefer to have it repaired by Volkswagen. Yet as a returning customer I feel like I receive no benefits or discounts for my loyalty. I have family that referred me to other body shops for repairs that are much cheaper, but I believed you guys would take care of me. Although there was a deal that was extended for me by Jeff, I think it's a little sad that I couldn't even have new windshield wipers thrown in. The cost of those wipers are $10 at Costco! Lastly, all four of my tires were replaced and alignment was fixed on my vehicle. Yet one day later the air pressure in my tires light turned on. These are things that I shouldn't have to deal with based on being a returning customer who is paying over 1k in repairs. To end this review on a positive note, Jeff Maris was nice and accommodating. None of these issues are his fault. More

At Capo VW, the service is personal and very detailed with fantastic communication. I have texts and emails with video updates if I choose, before any work is done, followed by a phone call. Service is prompt and I'm never nervous about a pricetag because I know I'm getting any specials they can apply. Now I have 2 cars from Capo VW because I love their service. More
