I really appreciated the video from the tech of what was going on with my car and how thorough the communication was with the Service Manager, Arlen. All I needed was to have a tire patched, but I receive more communication from them throughout the service than I have from any other location or Volkswagen dealership. It really was a great experience!!! More

Good service but technician up sold unnecessary services love the dealership. Have purchased 2 cars from them and have had service performed many times in the past. Service Advisor Fred was great. Got me a love the dealership. Have purchased 2 cars from them and have had service performed many times in the past. Service Advisor Fred was great. Got me a uber ride home etc. They seemed to be recommending both radiator/coolant flushes and brake system flushes to everyone. I heard other advisors recommended it to others at the service counter. They send you a video from the technician and he up sold big time. Our car only has 40 k miles. the coolant is fine. WE had the brakes done so I ok'd the fluid replacement although its not necessary. The complementary wash wasn't very good as well. More
