Dependable Service My 2013 Golf was overdue for service. Brad assisted with check-in and prep for a rental vehicle - all with a great attitude and sense of humor. The video diagnosis by Ron (?) was thorough and extremely informative, even without complete knowledge of how a particular portion of an engine works. Timely follow-through and accommodation with the rental VW Tiguan (wow, what a SUV!). I purchased my Golf from Capo VW and I am never let down with bad service or any ridiculous hidden charges. It's all up front. Retrieving my car after servicing was again "fun" if you could call it that ($$$ - but that was on me for not bringing the car in for service earlier).
