Absolutely fantastic service. Our sales person, Connie Carroll, made buying a new car fun again. She was very attentive, listened carefully to the model for which we were looking, Our sales person, Connie Carroll, made buying a new car fun again. She was very attentive, listened carefully to the model for which we were looking, and helped us find the exact car for which we were looking. No high pressure sales techniques were ever applied. I would definitely refer my friends to Connie and Capistrano Volkswagen if they were in the market for a Volkswagen. This was an absolute wonderful buying experience. Says one thing does another After finding a better deal at another dealer Steve Skinner said he would sell me the car for the same amount and that I would get treated better at C After finding a better deal at another dealer Steve Skinner said he would sell me the car for the same amount and that I would get treated better at Capo if I came down to his dealership. I get there go through the whole process and we get to the numbers. His number is $2k more then he had quoted me. He says it's because I was looking to lease and that the price he gave me is different for a lease. Which is completly false. The price of the car is the price of The car wether I or VW financial sign the check. Look it up on any car sight. My credit is over 800 so that has no bearing. It comes down to him say one thing and doing another. I was lured in under false pretenses and untruths. I will not be back to this dealer. More

In 4 words, "THEY ARE THE BEST' from Sales to Service, no body beats them, and I've been buying and or leasing cars for 57years!!! Steve Skinner was the 4th salesmen I've dealt with over the years and I found him to be a real Pro. He knows his product and had no problem answering in and all of my questions. He put together a wonderful deal for me and I only hope I can deal with him again 36 months from now when I lease my next Golf. More

I actually test drove 2 different Beetles and selected the second one. There was no pressure to purchase and the process of trading my Nissan was simple.
