When we showed up less than an hour before closing on a Friday to look at a car, she still was able to take us for a test drive. On the way back towards the dealership, she volunteered that she had time to take the car on the freeway, even though I was ready to go back to the dealership. Going on the freeway, I was able to test the drivability of the car more fully. For the purchase process, she communicated well what was happening and what was going to happen next. There were no surprises, and I walked out with the vehicle I wanted at the price I was expecting. More
