Cyrena was amazing! I blew a tire on the freeway and almost crashed my car. She took care of me when I was frazzled. She was caring, attentive, and helped me in a scary situation. Marcin was helpful but before I left your lot I noticed scratches on my brand new car . Marcin confirmed I can get a free buff on my car following weekend , he would call me next day . That call never came , I called got his VM , once again he did not return my call. Diego checked in with me , I explained what Marcin promised . He said he would remind him and service dept to call me . That was one week ago,. No call back yet from anyone . I would like my new car buffed due to scratches on it before I left the lot.
