Exceptional Service! Capistrano Mazda was great, but what made the experience so exceptional was Forouz. She was knowledgeable, thorough and very caring. We only had to tell her our names once and she did not press any additional sales on us. To put the cherry on top she treated us like family! My husband and I came in with our rambunctious 5 year old on a very rainy Saturday. Forouz setup our son with cartoons and snacks, while we navigated the paperwork. Thank you Forouz!! More
Poor and sloppy service We bought a 2016 Mazda 3 for our daughter at this dealership. We had a smooth transaction and fabulous service visits until this time. My daughte We bought a 2016 Mazda 3 for our daughter at this dealership. We had a smooth transaction and fabulous service visits until this time. My daughter's tire light came in several times. Each time her tires were checked and were fine. She was told that if it kept happening to come back. My husband and I decided that since she had 35000 miles on the car and frequently works at night we would feel safer replacing all 4 tires. We brought the car in and returned when we were told the car was ready. We were shocked to see 4 muddy, dirty tires on the car. We even asked if they were new. We were disappointed but went the 8 miles to our house in San Clemente. The next morning was daughter was leaving for an appointment but when she went to her car the front right tire was completely flat. Now we really were concerned if these indeed were new tires. I called service. Of course no one was in and I couldn't even get the operator. After several attempts I got someone. I suggested that the car be towed to Capo Mazda. We did not feel safe just having the tire inflated. We requested a new tire. Who knows if that even happened. We will never use your service dept. and will warn others about it. And I only tapped a star even though I believe none are valid so that I can submit this review More

In reality this should cost about 65$ for a fair price. They say that they “Throw in a tire rotation for free” but speaking from experience, all it takes is about 5 min to do and should always be free of charge. The real reason to go here is the convenience and courtesy vehicles. More
